Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to the following:

I, as the artist...

  • Maintain the right to post commissions on my social media for advertising. However, I will not post the art if requested by the commissioner.

  • Maintain the right to turn down any commission.

You, as the client...

  • May NOT use your commission for profit.

  • May print your commission for personal use.

  • May crop, edit, resize the art. However, I require you to credit me for the piece.

  • May post the art to your own social media, but you should credit me for the piece.

  • May request large edits and corrections to the sketch, and little corrections to finished piece. Large edits and redraws to finished pieces are paid.

FAQ

What tablet do you use to draw?

  • I use Wacom Cintiq 16.

What program do you use to draw?

  • I use both Paint Tool Sai and Paint Tool Sai 2.0.

Can I use/repost your art?

  • Commissioned pieces: You have to ask the commissioner for permission. If they say yes you should still credit me.

  • NONCommissioned fanarts: You can use/repost the art ONLY if you give me credit for it.

  • Arts of my original characters: Please, don't use or repost drawings of my oc's as it's something more personal.
